St Michael the archangel, defend us at practice, in our travels, and during our races. Be our safeguard against temptations to do less than our best in all aspects of our lives. May God rebuke all people and things that would harm us; that would keep us from being the best we can be. And we humbly pray, O prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, protect our team from all injuries and illnesses throughout this season. Amen
